Greg prepared a thorough market analysis of the home before suggesting the sale price. His strategy to set a price visible to the most buyers, helped lead to a contract 5 days after listing. Greg explained, in detail, all the terms of the contract in language I easily understood. Greg's many connections to varied professionals made minor home adjustments easy. He also negotiated well with the buyers about moving the closing date to suit my needs. In fact, Greg always put my needs first. My comfort level was a priority. When I needed to tend to a family illness, Greg had no qualms about adjusting the date for the open house. The photographers Greg works with, did an awesome job. We had about 11 showings, not counting the approximately 15 groups who came to the open house. This home sale was the least stressful sale I've ever had. Greg's knowledge of homes, their construction, potential problems, and longevity of materials is so thorough, that I've chosen him to help me purchase a home as well. Most of all, Greg is a 100% honest and virtuous man.

It's safe to say, we can't imagine having gone through the home buying process (from showings to closing) without Greg's guidance and expertise. We most likely wouldn't be living in the home we are now without him. We feel like the won the lottery being able to work with him. He's a seasoned real estate agent, but you'll quickly forget the business side because of his sincere approach to his work and the way he treats you - and every other person along the way. If you want to work with someone who operates from a values based approach, who really goes the extra mile, works with integrity, honesty, patience, and humility, Greg is the real estate professional you want in your corner. Showing after showing, early or late phone conversation, Greg was there with a joyful attitude. The network of people he's surrounded himself (recommendations for home inspection, surveying, etc.) is truly incredible, and provided peace of mind for us as we worked through the home buying process. There really isn't one aspect or group of people we worked with along the way that we would change for a future home purchase. Greg gave us such confidence and wise counsel, that if he wasn't available in the future, it would influence our decision to buy/sell. You don't find many people like this in the world - especially the professional world.
