We could not recommend Jason more highly. We were very nervous about starting the selling process particularly because we have never sold a house before in our lives. As many would agree, the process is very daunting even if you have done it before. There were so many unknowns that were acting as a barrier to our decision to begin the process. Like many others one such barrier was knowing who to place our trust in. Thankfully, we have known Jason and his family for the last 4 years and know them to be honest and trustworthy people. Not only that, but good friends. That made it easy to place our trust in him to take care of us and to help us face the unknowns with assurance. It became very clear from the first step that our trust was well placed. From the moment they came over for the first check, to advise us on upgrades and fixes, their knowledge was very evident. This only became more clear throughout each step of the process. He was there at a moments notice to help us understand each part and what to do when there was a roadblock. He was there to fight for us when there was an issue and handled it in a moments notice. Best of all, he was able to get us the true value of our home in just two days of being up for sale. We are looking forward to having Jason help us buy a home as well. We feel so much relief knowing that as long as Jason is working as a realtor, that we have someone so knowledgeable and trustworthy there for us. If you are looking to buy or sell a home, look no further. Seriously.

We worked with Denise and her daughter Alyssa while purchasing our new home in Trinity, Fl. Denise knows the market and really listened to our wants and needs throughout the 6 month journey we were on to find our dream home. We saw many houses aiming to stay in our school district but wanting many features - at every showing, she gave us her insights and encouraged us not to settle- she never pressured us even though in todays market you have to act fast. We finally found the home that made us move quickly and ensure we closed the deal as multiple offers were happening!
