Kat and Ron were great. We were unsure if we wanted to purchase our new home in Wisconsin or Illinois - luckily Kat could help us in Illinois and Ron in Wisconsin - so we were covered. They were able to schedule multiple homes to view/tour on the dates we were available; and when we found homes we liked, they had informative feedback about the listing price (too high? good deal?) about the house and about the area in general.When we found the home we wanted they were helpful and responsive, even though there were multiple offers they made sure we came in with our strongest offer possible.Their team is large enough that if they were not able to meet with us, someone from the office was available. It just seemed like they had everything covered. There is a lot to worry about in this process and they made a lot of the little things worry free.

My husband and I were looking for a second home on a lake that was close to family. We feel blessed to have found Ron and Kat to assist in the process. We highly recommend Ron and Kat Becker to anyone planning to purchase a home. Our experience was painless, and we had a disadvantage of being out of state buyers with limited opportunity to view homes! Fortunately, our daughter lives in the area and helped us by looking at homes with Kat when she could. Kat was ALWAYS ready to show a property. Both she and Ron answered our emails and calls immediately, and this includes Sunday's and after hours! They offered sincere, honest advice, which was greatly appreciated. We were not wanting to purchase a high dollar home, but they still went above and beyond to help us. They were there for us throughout the entire process. If you are unsure of a realtor, please give them a call. You will not be disappointed.
