Amy was very encouraging through our home buying process. We purchased a short sale property which turned out to be very complex. She would keep me up on any information needed for the sellers realtor, bank, lender or appraiser needed. If I needed to ask questions or run something by her she always text or called me. Due to the short sale process it is very lengthy process and she was very knowledgeable in answering our questions and encouraging us that we were moving forward and soon be in our new home. There was a lot of negotiation with the sellers bank and Amy did an excellent job representing us. We appreciate her positive attitude, professional manner and knowledge. We recommended her to our daughter and son in law and she sold their house in 24 hours. We would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a wonderful realtor !!
