My husband and I have been looking to purchase a house since October or November of 2016. We have had a couple of changes with our realtor as they didnt really seem to show any interest in helping us or they were just too busy. Finally in January, we thought we would reach out to Tom; after all he was rank the number 1 in the area. With that thought, I was also a little apprehensive because of the fact that he is #1 and might not get back to us. We were pleasantly surprised that he returned our call with our initial contact and was very accommodating! January 29th a property came up in Shakopee. We called Tom right away and he was able to show the house the following day, we made and offer the same day and the sellers accepted on a Sunday! Tom is a doer! He and his team will make things happen for you. There were several challenges along the way that concerned our lender so we have extended our closing numerous times. The ordeal took about 2 months that didnt go anywhere. Yet, Tom never gave up on us. As a matter of fact after the nth time of excuses from my current lender, Tom recommended Jason Marschall, another lender who closed the house for us in 9 days! Tom is not only good at what he does but he also knows how to connect. We will only go with Tom for as long as he is in the business. Thanks Tom!
