Brandon Smith was very professional and very knowledgeable in selling my house. I was very reluctant in trying to sell my house again and had so much that needed to be done but he was very patient with me and never pushy. He kept me informed with the market and things that were going on during my thought process. He also took me out and showed me houses before we listed my house. Brandon assured me he would help me whenever I was ready. Three maybe four months later, I made my decision to list my house. Brandon went over and beyond what was expected in helping me get my house ready to list. We had two contracts in less than a week and wow was I overwhelmed!!!! Brandon helped me and advised me every step of the way. Before I ever listed my house to the time it was sold. He was my rock and made sure everything was handled accurately. I highly recommend Brandon Smith and will definitely recommend him to every one I know.

Brandon was a great resource and adviser during our search for a second home. He was patient and knowledgeable about the residential areas of Birmingham, as well as recent growth and sales trends. Brandon was always quick to respond and did a great job arranging showings for all the homes on our list in order to accommodate our limited availability since we live out of state. I would highly recommend Brandon to anyone looking for a great realtor in the Birmingham area. Update: We purchased a second home earlier this year using Brandon. He was able to help us find just what we needed. When needs unexpectedly changed a few short months later, we contacted Brandon again to help us sell the home. Since we were located out of state, Brandon provided extraordinary service by not only recommending service and repairmen, but also by meeting with them in our absence.
