Steve and his business partner, John Gardner, worked with me for about two years. When I decided to sell my house, I attended courses that Steve and John taught on Home Inspection and Staging. They worked with me to assess my house and recommend repairs and upgrades to increase the desirability of my home, and then provided valuable feedback on staging. After reviewing the comps, they recommended an asking price, which I was concerned was too high based on the selling price of my next door neighbor's house, but the house was sold in less than two months, and I was very pleased with the selling price. After my house went on the market, all of my communications were with Steve, who consulted with John when appropriate. This kept the communications straightforward and still provide the benefit of John's experience and judgement in addition to Steve's. Based on early feedback from agents showing the house, Steve recommended some modifications to the staging to better communicate the house's strong points. Steve provided guidance during the negotiations on the selling price and for adjustments following the home inspection and testing. He provided recommendations for reasonably priced contractors for some of the items from the home inspection and was willing to be present for the work when I could not be. He also provide an easy to understand review of all of the documents associated with an offer, the inspection, permits, the settlement etc. In summary, I was very pleased with the service and support that Steve provided. My house sold quickly at a good price. I would not hesitate to work with Steve again in the future. I highly recommend Steve to anyone who wants to sell their house.
