I went through several relators before working with Steve. Some weren't knowledgeable, others talked a big game but failed to deliver (I found a house a loved and the realtor told me we had until the end of the week to view it instead of making an appointment asap, the sellers accepted a bid before i even saw it). Unlike them, Steve is the real deal. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and will find any reasonable way to quickly accomadte a visit and answer any question. Steve does all the little things other realtors won't. We were viewing a house that I was on the fence with. Everything looked lovely until he got on his hands and knees, crawled under the house, and popped back up with the revelation that the foundation was in shambles. The bottom line is Steve Salemno is exactly what you're looking for in a realtor. He talks the talk, walks the walk and then goes the extra mile! He isn't going to sell you a house for the sake of a commission, he is going to help you find a house you love, he certainly helped me find my perfect home.
