We recently had a rented condo for sale in in Wheaton, IL. Kathy Volpe acted immediately when we asked her to list the property. She efficiently took charge and facilitated the listing, pricing, photography of the unit and interacting with the tenant residing in the unit. Because we were out of state for the process, she went above and beyond by arranging for a handyman to do some repairs identified by the buyer's inspection. She met the handyman/plumber and ensured all work was done efficiently and correctly. She also facilitated all the legal aspects of the sale with great competence. All our calls were answered promptly and frequently made herself available after hours.We have dealt with other agents in previous years, but she was much more professional, caring, and knowledgeable than the rest.
