Beth did an incredible job under very difficult circumstances. We were relocating across the country and had limited time and availability to search for our home in person. Beth spent endless hours across two weekends to ensure my wife and I found the perfect home for our family. She was extremely knowledgeable about the market and options in Dublin, Ohio. She utilized many different online sources, including MLS data sheets through an app and email to provide details. She took the time to verbally ensure we knew all the facts prior to the in-person viewings. Once we locked in on a handful good options, she communicated very well with the listing agents and negotiated flawlessly on our behalf. She continued the pursuit of the perfect deal though inspection and further negotiation. Ohio has some unfamiliar intricacies to us and she helped us navigate and provided great clarity. Through closing, she provided direction and timely suggestions on all additional services needed - inspectors, radon remediation, contractors, title agents and cleaning companies. It was a 5+ star experience and I will trust Beth to list our home and help us buy another if ever needed. She has the right combination of knowledge, experience, aggression, negotiation skills and patience for perfection. Don't hesitate to count on her.
