Marlene recently helped me sell a home that was previously rented. She did a preliminary walk through and gave me suggestions on where upgrades/changes could be made to attract the right buyer. She kept in touch while I made repairs and upgrades to determine when I would be ready to list. Listing was painless, and the photos taken for the listing were beautiful. The documents were handled electronically which worked great for my schedule. She kept on top of me and the buyer's agent throughout the whole process to ensure milestones were met and the process moved along smoothly. She responded to my emails, texts and phone calls promptly...I swear she doesn't sleep. Marlene also has an arsenal of contractors and other professionals that provided quotes and repairs which came in handy after the inspection. She is a tough negotiator and she coached me on areas of the deal where I could push back. If I had to sell another house, I would use Marlene again.
