As first time home buyers, we needed a little more hand-holding than the average buyer, especially since we had to apply for a loan and it was a sellers market. Patty and Mike knew a lot about the area we wanted to buy in ( North Concord) and they listened to our wants, needs, and budget. We looked at maybe 8-10 houses before we found one that we liked and was able to put in a bid. They work well with other agents and are well-known in the field in our area. We were hoping we could negotiate a little more but due to market demand, it just wasnt going to happen. Mike and Patty make a great team, they each have their own strengths and have a superior knowledge of the ins and outs of home buying and renovating. We would recommend them to our friends and would use them again to either sell our house or purchase another one.
