Bob takes care of EVERYTHING for you to make selling your house seem easy! We were selling our mother's house after her death, we were grieving, working full time and getting ready to move out of state to a new job. The house was in the name of all 6 of us kids, mostly out of state, which added a lot of differing opinions on what to do. We all were stressed. Bob pulled everyone together, one being the spokesperson, and made this sale seem effortless. Bob gave us neighborhood comps, helped us come up with an asking price, guided us through all the paperwork, and gave us direction on how to best proceed, what improvements we needed to do to get the most for the house and what improvements would not improve the bottom line. He was there with us every step of the way.When we went ahead with his suggestions, he had many contractors at his disposal to get the jobs done timely and cost efficiently. During negotiations Bob kept us informed on what would work best for us, for the sale, and helped us make an educated decision on what to accept and what to pass on. Our house sold quickly and after title we all got the amount we had hoped to receive from the proceeds.Bob was never intense or pushy. More like a knowledgeable friend along for the ride.
