Jillian, is amazing at what she does. Shes an excellent Realtor. Even though she has 12+ years of experience she goes through the process of selling or buying a home with you. I met Jillian in April of 2014. I was reading reviews and saw all the reviews she has and how highly her clients spoke of her. Well I gave her a call and we knew she was the right person for this. My husband at the time did all the paperwork with her to sell and then he backed up because this was his our house, and we had a lot of memories there. He was "not ready to sell his 1st baby away" in his words. I thought Jill would of been mad because we told her we were taking it off the market. Well, a year later my husband deployed and I had the house rented and that didn't go well. I called Jillian crying one night explaining what was going on and how I wish my husband just listed the house. Jillian said " honey, it's okay, for some people it's hard of letting go. Remember, anyone can buy a house but a takes a person with an ambition to keep a house and girl, this was his 1st accomplishment and commitment in your journey. He will come around."I was at ease. Once my husband returned from Deployment. I called her and the house went on the Market. She was on top of things like wonder woman. Always attending to her clients needs. With my husband being in the military and Us not living in PA anymore, she made it as smooth as possible. all the headaches and heartaches and neck pains she puts it all on her, to make it right. Selling a property is not easy but with a woman like Jillian Gonzalez every is possible. Jillian, thank you for not only being our realtor, but also a great friend indeed. A person I look up too.
