Malachai is hands-down the best realtor! He went above and beyond trying to find the exact right fit for my family. To be honest, I just picked a few names out of a list I found of local realtors and emailed them all. Malachai was the first to not only respond but he gave me a very kind call to introduce himself (not sell himself). He was so kind and knowledgeable, I chose him. He has helped us purchase two homes so far and we will continue to use him as he truly understands the market, the area, and listens to exactly what we are looking for. He never sells us on a property, instead he listens to us and helps us find the home that checks all our boxes within our budget. We are difficult clients as we are not located in town and Malachai repeatedly goes out his way to make sure our schedule works and makes accommodations when needed.
