I can't say enough positive things about the service, expertise and overall commitment to meet our needs that Mark Piscitelli brought to bear during his effort to sell our beloved Brecksville colonial. We were in the difficult position of having to move 2 hours away before our house was sold. Thus, we needed an agent who was truly engaged in the process. From periodic check-ins on the property to replacing batteries in smoke alarms that were beeping after our move-out, no task was too much or too menial as Mark worked to get our house sold and closed. And indeed, that's precisely what he did. From the outset of our partnership with Mark and ReMax, the foot traffic through our home was superb. By the time we found our buyers, Mark had facilitated 70+ showings of the home. Needless to say, having so many showings and not getting our desired offer caused a good bit of stress for us. Mark stayed in constant contact, literally providing much needed emotional support throughout that process. His mantra of "it's a great house, don't worry, we are going to sell it" still rings happily through my head - because his words were prophetic. He did find the right buyer, the right price, and our home sold. Mark is a realtor that possesses charisma, a genuine personality, professional expertise and a willingness to go above and beyond. I don't write reviews unless a company earns and deserves it. This review was easy to write. Mark and his ReMax group would receive my strongest recommendation and endorsement.
