If you want to buy a new home or sell your existing home do not look any further than Katy Brahler. She is beyond wonderful; there are not enough superlative words to describe Katy and her service. She is fair on values, location and re-sale value and will not take you in the wrong direction for the sake of a sale.Katy made my sale of my home of 24 years a good experience and she found me a new home, held my hand all of the way, and answered all of my innumerable questions without fail. She is very responsive to any type of questions and she calls back immediately.I do not know why anyone would choose anyone else but Katy and I had interviewed several other realtors and SHE stood out by a mile.All I can say is that she is the "Very Best of the Very Best" that is out there. Do not go to anyone else.

Excellent. Katy created a very positive and memorable home buying experience through the entire process, from the start of the search all the way to the home closing. We were new to this part of Ohio so we needed to rely on Katys expertise of the greater Cleveland area. She took the time at the very beginning to listen and understand what type of area and home that we were looking for. From there, she recommended a few areas to focus on and kept us up to date on any listings that became available. Every time we asked to view a home she accommodated our schedule and provided very candid and valuable feedback about each house. Her experience showed when we would tour houses. She was very quick to identify key issues such as quality of construction, layout, vent placement and many other items that we would not have noticed on our own. Our many emails and texts were always responded to nearly immediately which was very helpful as we worked our way through the process. Should we ever need realtor service in the future, Katy will our first call. Highly recommend.
