I reached out to this agent asking about potential negotiations on the house (for rent) that was listed on Zillow for only 1 day. After hearing out first random number (zillow estimate) about desired price, which does not reflect actual price i would be okay with, David started to talk disrespectfully, he blamed me for not having money to afford the place (he doesn't know me, right?). Also he accused me in lacking of knowledge of the market (agency he represents has another listing (also for rent) for the newer house in the same area with 1200 additional sq.ft, much bigger lot, PRIVATE POOL and community clubhouse (also pool and playground) for the same price). This is not the first time i reach out to agents and have this conversation. But he is the first agent that acts in this way. I didn't expect this from a person with 17 years of experience. Do not recommend (unless you want to be treated like this)
