To say the least I was not impressed with Paul's evaluation and lack of pre-planning and research. He came and evaluated our home inside and walked the property and the 2nd visit he offered to list the property for us for $2,000 more than what we bought it for 7 years ago. Told us, " in my experience you will not be able to get more than this price". We were insulted to say the least. We went with another local realtor that was very familiar with our market and listed the home 18 thousand more than Paul's offer and it appraised for just that amount and we are now $18,000 the greater because of his professionalism and knowledge. Paul, do yourself and your potential clients a favor and work for them and their needs, not to fill your own pockets with a quick sell. That's as kindly as I can put it. You know who we are and we will be sending you a copy of the appraisal.
