Martine Arndt had a hard task. She was selling a family home that we lived in for more that 35 years. After a loss of our matriarch, we reached out to Martine to help our father transition to an easier life out of state. Our overall experience with Martine was unparalleled. She is very professional, friendly, considerate and knowledgeable of this crazy housing market. She sold the home in a weekend for over asking!! Martine was very accommodating while managing communications (showings, appointments, meetings) to ensure a quick and smooth transaction. We have lived in the beautiful community of Long Valley for 44 years and spared no expense in transforming our ranch into a stunning custom two story colonial. The home listed on a Saturday, resulting in a flurry of showings through the weekend and beyond. Martine is a skilled negotiator and we had multiple offers. We accepted one 40K over asking and were under attorney review by Wednesday! Martine offers a level of service that is world class, backed by market data.
