Theres so much I want to say about Mitchell. He became so much more than just my Agent. He became a friend and I grew to realize my guardian angel. I honestly believe Mitchell was sent to me from someone above. Mitchell has a special gift, and holds a special place in my heart. From the very first time I met Mitchell he made me feel comfortable. He wanted me to investigate him. Look him up. Read reviews. He took time to inform me, explain things I didnt understand. Which was a whole lot since this was my first time trying to buy a home. The home I purchased is in my price range( which was his first obstacle) on the North Shore in a pandemic with very limited funds. But we found it a single family detached in Hamilton. With most of what was on my wish list.The house we found was lets say alittle out of the box. Long story short it was a hard purchase and a very long process.But Mitchell didnt let me give up. And as long as he knew I wanted it he fought for me to get it.After loosing my husband 2 yr ago Mitchell knew we needed a change he knew we needed to call this house our home.Amongst others like my lawyer and his assistant Mitchell worked endless hours , hours he long stopped getting paid for in helping me. Whether it was contacts , phone calls or just listening Mitchell was always there.So if I was asked aEURoewould you recommend Mitchell aEURoeI would say aEURoeAbsolutely aEURoe he is a good man with a kind heart and really knows the business. Your in great hands if you have Mitchell walking with you through the journey of buying a home. You wont be disappointed

I cannot put into words how thankful I am to have worked with Paul on helping me find and close on my first home in US. From the very beginning, he was on top of EVERYTHING. Throughout the time I worked with him, he sent listings and recommendations of condos to visit and was always available and quick to respond to my many emails/calls/texts. Paul was amazing and made sure that I was comfortable, but also was realistic. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and very honest. He expressed his opinions on each unit that we saw, and never tried to push me into a sale for the wrong reasons. After searching for only two weeks, I found a great place and made my first offer. With his guidance, I was able to close on within a few weeks and navigate all the paperwork and logistics associated with home ownership.
