Our house as been on the market off and on for over a year with different listing agents. I formerly served on the board of the Rowland Heights Community Coordinating Council, so I was familiar with what was going on in our community, especially with Los Angeles County. Jennifer attended our public meetings to stay informed. This is one way she developed her local knowledge of our market. When my husband & I decided to sell our home to retire out-of-state, Jennifer was my first choice. But my husband was not sure. She did such a great job: we had our first offer at full asking price before the house was even listed on the MLS. Within 1 week, we had 5 offers, two of them for cash.
