Sofia helped me and my family move into a beautiful rental house in Diamond Bar and she was very quick to respond and very communicative. Other agents are very hard to reach but Sofia was very responsive and very responsible. Moving is a stressful thing but Sofia made it easy for us to move into our new place. After we signed the lease, we stopped by our new place to drop off some of our small items from our old house. There was a minor issue in the new house, so we told Sofia, and she had it taken care of right away. Mike the handyman (who was also the handyman that our previous landlord used!) came the same day, probably just about an hour after we told Sofia about the issue. It was almost night time, and most people would just take care of the issue the next morning, but Sofia took care of it ASAP. We could see she really cares about having the house in perfect move-in condition for the tenants. We highly recommend Sofia, she really made the whole moving process smooth for us.
