Jasilyn was such a wonderful agent. I had been working with another Realtor for a while but things were not looking very bright. I then met with Jasilyn in her office and she re-explained the entire process to me and clarified questions as well. She even put me in contact with a Lender that was able to get me a First-Time Homebuyer grant for $15,000! After about a week of looking, I came across the most charming home. We went and viewed it that day and wrote an offer below list price (which is risky in this market). But with great negotiation techniques, we got the seller to agree! She met with different inspectors at the home and even got the seller to agree to a few repairs. I am finally all moved in and ready to enjoy my new home. I have already referred a friend to Bing Realty Advisors and wont hesitate to do so again. Thank you again Jasilyn for all your hard work and professionalism!
