I'm always skeptical when meeting with Realtors. I always assume that they're simply looking to make a quick buck and sell you something you don't want. However, with Samantha you get the exact opposite of that. I met Samantha randomly when I requested to look at a local listing. I wasn't into the property I was looking at, and instead of pushing something I didn't want Samantha got to know me and what I was looking for. Whenever I sent her a request to view a property, she would make the arrangements to see it THAT DAY. And the best part of my experience with Samantha was that she was completely transparent! She would tell you the good, the bad and the ugly about everything you see in a property, and never try to sell you on something you don't want. Samantha is patient, and when it comes to selling and buying property you NEED patience. Houses don't come easy and its a process that Samantha understands. However, one of the most meaningful things to me regarding Samantha is that she truly made me feel like I was her one and only client. She always made herself available and responded promptly with answers to questions I had 24/7. Finally, Samantha really makes you feel like you're going to view a property with a friend, that has your best interest at heart. I got to know Samantha on a personal level, and so it never felt like we were with a realtor, but rather a buddy that knows the housing market. When it came time to sell our own home, we had no doubts that we wanted to work with Samantha and her team, because she would continue to look out for us as she's done all this time searching for our dream home. With Samantha's expertise and insight, I was able to sell my home 1 week after listing with Samantha and her team. You can't ask for a better situation as a seller in the real estate space. I would highly recommend Samantha for any and all real estate needs.
