Beware!! Never duel agent! There is no way Tara could've had my best interest! She catered 100% to the buyer saying things as the "buyers family owns half of Effingham. "She was AWFUL! Tara Robinson is the most unprofessional agent I know in real estate. After I decided not to go through with the sale on my house. I was disrespected, they tried to intimidate me with lawyers, they would not give me the key to my house back. I literally had to wait a week for them to finally ask me for my address then another week to receive it. I did not mail them the key so why would they mail it to me?!?!I would never ever in life use ReMax again! Use any other real estate company but ReMax! Please search other reviews to see other people's rudeness and disrespect we all received! Hell will freeze over before I try to do business with Tara or ReMax!!
