Last year I was in the market to buy my first home. I was renting at the time with my fiancA(C) and we were ready to own our own place. Being a first time home buyer I did not know the first thing about buying a home. My fiance and I had found a realtor out of Koontz Lake we had showed us a few homes but did not seem very knowledgeable so we decided to go with a different realtor. My fiancA(C) whose sister was buying a home around the same time we were had suggested that we go through Jason Wampler. I gave Jason a call the same day and the very next afternoon he had showed us the very first home that we previously had looked at with the first relator. When we looked at the home the second time my fiance and I were very pleased with Jason. We were able to see things in the home that we did not see the first time around. Jason was very friendly, knowledgable, responsive, and honest. We had hit it off right from the start. I would recommend anyone who is in the process of buying a home to go through Jason Wampler. You will be satisfied!
