When i first messaged Bobby we were going to open houses and looking for houses on our owe. We wanted an agent to make finding our dream house easier. I sent him a message regarding a house he was an agent for. He had told me the house was pending but he was more than happy to work with us, he asked what we were looking for, our price point and what areas! Within a half hour Bobby sent me 30 listings! Within afew days we had showings! (He was awesome with our 2year old that came along with us!) Took afew showings we found a home we really loved, that didnt work for us in the end but Bobby wouldnt let us get discouraged he sent me another 10houses to check out. He was on top of the showings and stayed in contact with us each day in between. We found our dream house! Bobby talked us through all the steps, what to ask for, what to have checked, everything that would be in our best intrest in the end. He exsplained the contract, always had his phone on and had all the answers to every one of our questions! He was by our side to the end. Almost a month of us owning our house and Bobby still checks in with us to see the progress of how we are changing our home to make it ours! Very greatful to have found Bobby to help us find our forever home! Was the biggest purchace of we have made/ will ever make and it makes it easier that you are working with someone that has the best intrest of your family in mind! Seems to be a passion for him more than a job.

Jay made our home buying experience very comfortable -- he was exceptional. Local knowledge - EXTENSIVE & FAST (compared to Zillow) Before starting anything, we sat down for an hour (free), to communicate what my wife and I were looking for. Through this consultation, we got a quite detailed idea about the size/price/location of the houses we are searching for. Based on this information, Jay sent us his online-home-listing (that is more thorough and faster than Zillow), that came to my email 2-3 times per week. We were continuously updated about the new homes coming into the market. This allowed us to make a prompt reaction to the seller. Process expertise & Responsiveness- RELIABLE, PROFESSIONAL, & PROMPT Jay would reply the email that I sent at 11pm -- I felt bad so stopped sending him emails after 7pm. But, the point is that he is very prompt with our questions/requests. He was never late for plenty of in-person meetings we had. Besides, he would also just call to check-in how we are doing and professionally reminded us about important documents and etc. This was very helpful because there were a lot of new knowledge me and my wife had to digest and some documents or to-do-list tended to slip through the cracks. Jay did an excellent job in assuring put us back on track. Negotiation skills - WE GOT WHAT WE ASKED FOR We found some issues in the home after the home inspection, which is typical. What is not typical is sellers paying 100% of the amount of what buyers (myself) asked for. We asked 100% of what we asked for. To be fair, Jay also helped me to ask for reasonable items. For instance, we decided not to ask for ventilation hood in the kitchen as it is for "convenience". In short, he helped us ask for what we are due, and we obtained it. I would recommend Jay to my close friends and families.
