Jay was super easy to work with even when my husband and I were full of anxieties with the purchase of our second home. We sold our starter home and wanted our second home to be it-- the home till retirement(40 years). Jay wasn't pushy at all with the buying process. He was super patience like my husband plus great sense of humor. He's an excellent communicator via email, texts, & phone, Jay made sure we were communicated throughout our buying process and was very organized. My husband and I had originally went under contract with a short sale home, but months into the contract, we realized the house wasn't for us. At that point, I was super stressed and wanted out. Jay pointed out the cons, at the end he managed to get us out of contract early without any obligations! We were able to find "the home" afterward and we couldn't be more happy. Thanks Jay for the experience!
