On a personal level, they are lovely, generous, authentic and unwaveringly positive throughout a sale process that was somewhat unusual. Professionally, they are very responsive, clear communicators, trustworthy, consistent, experienced, and extremely knowledgeable. Gina and Tom worked as our buyer's agent in selling my parents' home (where my siblings and I grew up) after my father passed away and my mother needed to move to a nursing home. Despite that we understood from the beginning that the transaction would not be cookie-cutter (I live out of state and the property is gorgeous but unique), no one could have anticipated all the twists and turns that unexpectedly arose - from installing a new septic system, to my mother passing away mid sale. Gina and Tom remained positive and proactive throughout, knowing how to best deal with each new development. They supportively assisted with each phase of the transaction with valuable recommendations and hands-on assistance that far exceeded expectations, such as feeding the fish in the koi pond. We highly recommend Gina and Tom. My wife and I were first time home buyers and they were our agent through the process. They are extremely responsive, patiently willing to explain the process to first time buyers, and very savvy in the bidding/negotiation phase.Initially, we were interested in a wide of houses from small single family to multi-unit properties. Gina was always quick to respond and set up showings for any place we were interested in. She gave us good, thoughtful advice on each property we saw.Eventually, we bid on a large multi-family. There was competing bids and Gina advised us very successfully - we wound up winning the bid at the minimum price possible.Post bid, our buying process had a number of complications with the inspections, loan, and appraisal. Through it all, Gina and Tom were supportive. We felt like they were on our team.
