I decided to give Anthony a call after reading several good reviews online. He was friendly and accomodating from the first call. I originally wanted to find a house in his typical listing area around McGuire AFB, but after a change of heart decided to instead look in an area about 40 minutes away; Anthony had absolutely no problem making the trip to continue to help us in our search for a home. After seeing several houses, and getting outbid on two offers, we finally found our dream house. It was a short sale, and we felt confident waiting a few months because Anthony had a very expansive knowledge of the short sale process. Unfortunately we found one of those nightmare deals where the lienholding bank and listing attorney were an absolute nightmare to deal with. The deal ended up taking 10 months to close because of their negligence. Regardless of the frustration, Anthony was on top of pushing everything through as quickly as possible and was always reachable. Over the course of 10 months Anthony contacted the listing agents and attorney several times a week to push the process along. I could call him any time of week or day and he would be overly willing to help me with a new task or just to calm my nerves about the process. He definitely puts himself out there 200% for his clients and sees to it that they are getting the service they want. Even though we forced Anthony to make the commute to show us several other houses during the timespan to possibly move on from the other, he never once put pressure on us to go a different route when we weren't 100% convinced it was a better deal. He let us make our own choices and never questioned them, and in the long run we ended up getting our dream house! Even after we got short sale approval Anthony helped us big time with appraisal and inspection issues that ended up getting resolved. Without a doubt we wouldn't have been able to make this deal happen with a lesser agent. For all my future real estate needs the easiest choice I will have to make is which agent to call.
