Julia is the consummate professional. She knows the local market, understands the process from beginning to end, and has great relationships with all the people involved in making a deal happen. We recently worked with Julia to both sell and buy a house in the area and it was a great experience. This is the second time we have turned to her. Her knowledge of the market was essential as we considered an appropriate listing price; her keen eye as well as her honesty guided us as we prepared to list our home. To say that Julia worked tirelessly for us would be an understatement. However, perhaps Julia?s greatest asset is her ability to manage the multitude of details involved with navigating the closing process and the steps leading up to it. She made sure that appointments were scheduled and issues were addressed, all the while keeping us informed of every detail. In our most recent experience with her, our area was hit with a horrific amount of rainfall just a few days before we were to close on the sale of our home. Although the water damage in the basement was minimal compared to many homes in the area, Julia stepped right in, arranged for workmen to come to the house to assess the damage and provide estimates of repair costs. Her knowledge and assistance eased a stressful situation and got the sale closed. It is no coincidence that Julia is one of, if not the highest, rated real estate agent in our area. We highly recommend Julia for both the listing and sale of your home.

We first gave Julia a call after reading her stellar reviews. And after already deciding she was the realtor for us, we mentioned we were selling our home to our financial advisor, and he immediately proclaimed, ?Oh, you need to work with Julia Robbins!? ? thus bolstering our confidence that much more. We were not disappointed. She presented us with realistic expectations from the get-go and was super conscientious in minding our budget (and hooking us up with reasonably priced workers to help us), while making sure we made the needed improvements to get our house market-ready. Her photographer did a fabulous job capturing our home, and we had 2 offers within the first 3 weeks, despite it being what we feared might be a slow time of year to sell (October). When our buyers? insane house inspector made ludicrous claims (like that our brand new dishwasher didn?t work and our new, top-of-the-line furnace was leaking gas -- wrong on both counts), she got right on it. And when some other legit issues came up, she worked with us and the buyers to strike the best possible deal in a swift and pleasing to all fashion. Highly recommended (especially because we?ve witnessed some real horror stories with friends who?ve worked with less than competent and forthcoming realtors. So do your homework.)
