Dave Shalabi and his team at Remax Synergy are nothing short of spectacular. About 6,5 years ago, I was looking a real estate management company and thats how I met Dave. He personally came to my house to perform a pre-inspection, detailed any repairs and provided recommendations for re-painting the rooms so that I could get top dollar for my listing. His process of getting tenants qualified worked very well, as I never had an issue with no rent payments. There were also scheduled maintenance appointments to ensure the property is well kept as well as repairs were recommended and / or scheduled, if any were needed. I was very happy with the service I got throughout years working closely with Mrs. Hope and Mrs. Abby. Thank you Ladies !
