I would love to be able to give David Cobb 10 out of 5 stars! Prior to working with David, we had our home listed for 8 months with our prior realtor who brought us zero offers. When we decided to switch in July of 2018, we called David Cobb due to his strong reputation and impressive track record. The first time we met with David, he presented a detailed sales strategy and comprehensive market analysis. David was very upfront and honest about the challenges we faced give the time already on the market, time of year, etc.. My husband and I were blown away by his high level of professionalism, deep understanding of our local market, real estate expertise and honesty. We signed the next day with David and it was the best decision we could have ever made. David sold our home in 3 WEEKS after our prior realtor had us hanging for 8 months. Additionally, David helped us with our next purchase and helped us to find the perfect fit. David took the time to understand our personal goals, budget, wants, needs, lifestyle, etc. and funneled all that information into providing us honest guidance when evaluating potential homes. We are so extremely thankful that we had David representing us for both our recent sale and purchase.
