We had difficulty selling our home with 2 other realtors. We called Patrick Stracuzzi with Remax and he had Michael notify us to sell our home. Within 3 months of working with Michael, he had shown the home several times, had always kept in contact with us by phone or email, was the most honest man, always ethical and always working with us, never ever complained. We received 2 offers in 2 days where as with the other 2 in a year, not one offer. He followed through with the closing and the utilities and the vendors and so much more. He even referred me to contractors and helped me get the home ready to market I am sorry we did not work with Michael Ponte with Patrick Stracuzzi Real estate from the very beginning. If I had to work with anyone ever again, I would not work with anyone else. He is the best and only the best!
