We are nearing the end of the process of buying a house in Nashville, and Steve Russell has been our realtor. Weve been through the process a few times in the past, and were finally at the point of buying our aEURoeForever Home,aEUR? and our complicating factor is that were from out of town. At the beginning of the process, we found the interactions with Steve professional, cordial, prompt, and straightforward. He asked for a list of prioritized criteria, and then we set about visiting listed properties that were on the spectrum of acceptability, and in time, we found aEURoeThe One.aEUR? Steve was quick to find every bit of information we needed for decision-making, and his network of support (inspectors, trades specialists, insurance, etc.) is first rate and as responsive as he is. Theres an old adage that aEURoenothing of real value is easy,aEUR? that was certainly the case with our process, and it was when the complications emerged that Steves metal shown through. From the beginning, Steve advised on strategies based on his experience and considerable successes in the area. We quickly found that the seller was still (understandably) emotionally attached to the wonderful home they were letting go, and negotiations proved to be very tricky aEUR" on again, off again. Near the end, as it appeared to have fizzled out, Steve wanted to give it one last try. We handed off the ball, he found the right path and took it across the goal line. We were overjoyed, and so grateful that we found Steve. We are confident that even if the going gets tough for others, if Steve Russell is leading the charge, you will end up as happy as we are.
