Stacy wall and circle of service real estate group. Helped immensely with analyzing the market and pricing our house optimally. We ended up getting multiple bids and $20 K over the asking price. We have worked with several real estate agents in the past ventures and Stacy walls attention to details and customer focus our top notch. She also helped us find the right lot to have the opportunity to build a house. She was able to identify lemon lots quickly and help us narrow down our search to get a great spot. After our transactions were done Stacy kept in touch to see how our proposed construction project was proceeding. She offered further advice to help with appraisal preparation and generally gone above and beyond. Will definitely work with her in the future. Stacy was very knowledgeable about the property that was listed as well as finding out the values of the properties around it. Stacy was professional and punctual when working with us. My wife & I had just started the home selling process, when we started looking for an agent through Nest.com. Out of the clear blue sky, we received a 3 ring binder From Stacy & Nicole, showing facts about our house and comparable homes for sale in our area. We decided to meet with them, and were pleasantly surprised that they were from the local area, and had a good feel of home sales in the area. All of a sudden, we were shocked to learn that a house we were in the market to buy, became available. The catch? Our home HAD to be in escrow within 30 days, and we thought there is no way. Stacy & Nicole to the rescue!!! They gave us advice on what to do to prepare, and we followed that advice closely so that things went smoothly. Three weeks later, we had our first showing.
