My husband and I live in Livermore, CA and was looking for an investment property in Temecula. I started searching online on some of the properties and came across a property we liked. We emailed about the property and a random agent contacted us. We really liked the property and is ready to make an offer if the property looks as good as it did in the picture. We took a trip down to Temecula and to our disappointment, it wasn't what we expected and our agent never bother to reach out to us again. During that trip, we came across a listing with Hank as the seller agent. We called him and he was super pleasant and easy to talk to. I had such a good vibe and inquire more about other properties with Hank. Since we were out of town, we wanted to make the most of our trip. He sent us a listing right away and rearranged his day to accommodate our last minute request to check out some of the listing we liked. Long story short, it took a couple of months for us to find the right property but Hank was always very responsive whether it's after hours or weekends. Whatever we needed or asked of Hank, if he couldn't do it for us because it's not his job, he would have a good recommendation for us. We find him to be very generous, personable and tentative.
