We chose Hank as our Realtor over a family friend because we know his hard work ethic and dedication, we met Hank when he did an Open House for our neighbor and sold his home in 2 weeks, this drew us to Hank who our neighbor highly recommend and boy am I glad we chose Hank. I had been working on selling my home in Temecula, CA a few months ago with a realtor (jerk!) and was getting really frustrated so I googled best realtor in that area and Hank Greer's name popped up first. It didn't take me too long to figure out why he popped up first either and that was because he's the best! Him and his team alleviated all of the anxiety, stress and frustration I had been going through up to that point. I had already moved to Texas so that was a big part of the headache as well, doing all of this from down here. But Hank took over and handled the mess of a situation that I had left behind with roommates that for the most part didn't give a crap about the home that I had left for them to just simply take care of, pay rent and keep clean. There were a number of times where Hank had to 'handle things' for me where I didn't have the means to at the time! He was extremely personable, professional and definitely an expert at what he does! Simply put, if it wasn't for Hank Greer and his awesome team I don't know how I would've been able to finally sell that house after living there for almost 20yrs and the lifestyle changing financial state that I am currently in vs how broke I was prior to selling.
