I?m a first time homebuyer that due to unforeseen circumstances had to do my home search and purchase remote. I was almost convinced I had no chance of a successful home purchase in the highly competitive Bay Area market. I came across Ranjit through an online home listing and she kept in touch with me, but was never pushy. She happened to check in with me at the same time when I found a home I was interested in viewing. Instead of using my circumstances and novice to take advantage of me, she became my real estate advocate. She was highly responsive to answer questions, ease concerns and arrange virtual showings on short notice. She never tried to pressure me into a home. She heard my wants and executed: she found us great house, negotiated a great deal and even after close is still working hard to provide support in anyway she can until I move in.
