My wife and I had a great experience with Dave. We searched for a home for over a year and a half, using 3 other agents and we only worked with Dave the last 3 months. In that 3 months we submitted offers on 3 homes which includes the home we finally purchased. Our first experience with Dave was my wife sent him a list of about 15 homes and the next day he scheduled viewings at all but 3 of them. I cant say enough good things about Dave. Dave is very knowledgeable, honest, not pushy, and really just good at what he does. I have already and will continue to recommend him to friends and family. If you are looking for a good agent in the DFW area then I would definitely recommend Dave. I guarantee if we ever decide to look for another home Dave will be the first call I make. We recently had the extremely positive experience of working with David Sheehan of REFLECT Real Estate as he helped us sell our home in University Park, Dallas. This being one of the more important and stressful experiences that a family can have to go through, Dave made it as pleasant and successful a process as we could hope. Dave took time up front to understand our goals, time line and scheduling restraints and then deftly guided us through the process in a smooth and well-organized fashion. In addition to having an excellent photographer, Dave also had a terrific colleague with whom to orchestrate staging.
