Eric Bourgea is an EXCEPTIONAL realtor and my family is so grateful that we found him! He made a harrowing process seamless, and went above and beyond our expectations with his prompt clear communication, flexibility, excellent customer service, reasonable rates, and teams gorgeous photography and marketing. We initially met Eric when my parents were purchasing a new home and we liked him so much that we decided to continue with him to sell their old place as well! We could not recommend Eric more highly.Just for some context: my parents are elderly, not very comfortable with technology, and had lived in the same home for 25 years. However, their health conditions necessitated that they move to a more accessible location, and thus we thrust into a real estate search during the height of a global pandemic. We had initially reached out to several different realtors in the summer of 2020, but either our calls and emails were ignored, our safety concerns were dismissed, or the process dragged on and on while unreliable agents left us hanging for weeks at a time. We had begun to feel hopeless that we would ever find the right team, and then we found Eric! The difference was immediate aEUR" Eric picked up the very first time we called, he always responded to emails, calls, and texts promptly, he followed-up on whatever we discussed without needing reminders, and it was very clear that he empathized with our situation and wanted to help us. Eric put us at ease right away aEUR" he went out of his way to arrange us COVID-safe viewings, and even helped teach my parents (in their 70s and 80s) how to complete all the steps of the online forms and disclosures. Eric did everything in his power to make us feel comfortable, explaining the process from viewing to offer to closing, facilitating conversations between the lawyers, and even driving forms to my parents home when my mother was ill and could not attend in-person. Its not easy to move after 25 years, but Eric made the process as painless as possible.We found Eric so genuine, personable, and talented at his job that we decided to hire him to sell my parents prior home as well, and somehow Eric managed to exceed our expectations AGAIN. This time, we got to see the full power of Ledge and Young working behind the scenes, creating 3D models of our home, taking phenomenal professional photography, drafting accurate and enticing web listing, and designing elegant marketing brochures. Eric worked diligently with my parents to carefully schedule viewings to reduce their COVID-risk, and was extremely flexible with scheduling. Eric is not only a gifted realtor, but hes also just a REALLY nice guy. He even helped us with last minute move-out cleaning when the closing date got moved up, and met up with me on a Sunday afternoon to deliver keys when I accidentally locked myself out! I honestly cant say enough wonderful things about the service we received from Eric and the Ledge and Young team. I would recommend them to anyone!

A huge thank you to Seth and colleagues for helping us find the house of our dreams! We met Seth about a year ago on a 9 PM Zoom call. That was the only time we could talk as a working family without child care due to the pandemic. We really appreciated him accommodating us with that late night call, and his flexibility and availability for that initial meeting continued throughout our house search.Seth was incredibly patient during the time it took us to learn what we needed in a home. We never felt rushed. He visited many towns and many houses with us. He always seemed happy to be there and happy to answer any questions we had.
