A huge thank you to Seth and colleagues for helping us find the house of our dreams! We met Seth about a year ago on a 9 PM Zoom call. That was the only time we could talk as a working family without child care due to the pandemic. We really appreciated him accommodating us with that late night call, and his flexibility and availability for that initial meeting continued throughout our house search.Seth was incredibly patient during the time it took us to learn what we needed in a home. We never felt rushed. He visited many towns and many houses with us. He always seemed happy to be there and happy to answer any questions we had. Since he grew up around the Boston area, he gave us a lot of information about every town we visited. And because we were first-time home buyers, he went through the ins and outs of every house with us. He pointed out not just the good features of a house but also what could be problematic down the road.In this very competitive sellers market, we prepared ourselves for a heart break after our first offer but thanks to Seth and his brilliant strategy, our first and last offer was accepted :) Seth continued to shine after our offer was accepted.
