Aaron Reel is truly a fabulous agent. Aaron helped us find our new home in Cary after our move from Atlanta. He listened attentively and quickly understood what we were looking for, as well as our likes and dislikes. On our second house hunting excursion, Aaron was prepared with an itinerary of about a dozen homes, some he had selected and a few we had seen online. In a fairly methodical fashion we visited the homes, gave each a score for their positives and negatives, and ranked them in order of preference. With Aaron's knowledgable guidance we began eliminating the homes at the bottom. By the end of this trip, we had selected a home. Aaron skillfully and quickly negotiated the purchase. The entire process was relatively stress-free and we are delighted with our perfect Cary home. Without reservation, we highly recommend Aaron.

Aaron is an excellent realtor. He helped us relocate from Atlanta GA into a home that we absolutely love. He went above and beyond for us. A bit of backstory: We were looking at homes online for about 6 months, just to get a feel for the area and what would be realistic for our family. I worked nightshift, so I happened to see new home listings as they would update. In the middle of the night, our dream home popped up. I called Aaron at 8 in the morning that day. He reached out to the listing agents and got the details for us. He knew how serious we were about this one, so he did a video tour of the home for us that Friday. The realtors selling the home were actually doing a showing Saturday, but he convinced them how motivated we were and arranged the video tour before anyone else could come in. Because of our interest, we actually made an offer (that was accepted that day!) based on what we saw and heard from him. We knew that this home would go quickly, so we had to jump on it. From there on, Aaron was awesome. He had contacts for everything we needed along the way: mortgage brokers, contractors, home insurance, real estate attorneysaEUR? you name it, he knew and had a relationship with someone who could help us. We learned after the fact that the listing agents had him quite busy, but for us, we had no idea. Aaron kept the process smooth throughout. On closing day, he did the final walk through and made sure we were comfortable with everything before we signed on the dotted line. This home has been amazing for us and our growing family. Over a year and a half in and we couldnt be happier here. All of that thanks to Aaron Reel.
