I was contacted by one of the staff from Reef Point Real State when I requested for a home showing through Zillow. I normally don't answer unknown numbers but once I started looking for homes, the first unknown number I answered in ages became the starting point of my journey of owning my first home. She scheduled me with one of the agents the last Saturday of December 2019. Being a first-time home buyer, I had no idea what to expect. It turned out to be very informative for me and I decided to view some houses the next day with Farah Egli. Farah was absolutely amazing! She was able to show me all the houses I requested in the morning, in the afternoon of the same day. She guided me through every step of the way and continuously gives me advice and always had my best interest. I really value her honesty, attention to detail, patience, and most of all her ability to answer my many questions thoroughly and in a timely manner. I practically read every line on every document to make sure I understood everything. She wouldn't hang up on me until I felt comfortable that all my questions and concerns were addressed.
