I cannot imagine going through the home buying process with out Derek guiding us. Where can I begin? As first time home buyers, we were very new to the process and had lots of questions at every step. He is very friendly and personable, takes time to listen to your desires and what you are looking for, and will steer you away from homes that will not suit you well. He knows the area, knows the market, and will visit a hundred homes with you if that is what it takes to find the right fit - goodness knows we went to see quite a few. He responds to texts and calls quickly - often immediately, and takes great care to answer all questions, no matter how small. He pays attention to small detail and his guidance/advice proved invaluable throughout our home buying experience. He represented us as buyers well and fought for us in the contract and inspection process. We just closed on a house we LOVE and are so grateful for his work to make it happen! In the future, when our family grows and we begin to think of a different home, he will be our first call.
