I spoke with Alison Sunday morning about seeing one of her listings that day. She said she would try to do 3:30-4pm, and give me a call to let me know if that would work, as she had clients before that time. After looking at other homes in the area, I called her a few times between 2:30 and 3:30 to see if it was going to work out. No response. At 3:45 I finally gave up and headed home. At 4:00 pm I got a TEXT, not a phone call, that she couldnt show me the house. No phone call at all. She did not ask to reschedule or offer to have someone else show me the house. I found this very unprofessional and rude. Common courtesy would have been to notify me prior to 3:30 to let me know it wasnt going to work out.I understand that meetings run long. What upsets me is wasting my time waiting for a call and getting a text after the window had already closed.
