We worked with Sandy on buying our new house as well as selling our previous house. She did a wonderful job on all aspects of both transactions. She was a good listener and helped us find the perfect house. She showed us 50 houses+ all of which were for our parameters. However, my wife was a bit picky about the house or we would have bought one of the first four or five. Sandy is way more patient than I am!!! Her attention to detail on everything from getting our house ready to market all the way through the last signature is why we were so happy with our decision. Sandy made sure to keep us from ANY issues. I tend to rush through things but Sandy made sure it was all organized and correct.Sandy is a a great negotiator and helped me tremendously in both my counter offer to the buyers and in my offer to the sellers.We dont plan on EVER moving again but things change, and if we do Sandy will be our realtor, if she will have us!
