Bottom Line Up Front: Peter makes the realty process very simple for those that he represents and my wife and I thrilled we put our trust in him. We were ready to list our home on the north side of Kansas City and we called Peter who we had used when we purchased the home. For our initial meeting, he was prepared with house comps to advise us on an aggressive by realistic asking price as well as a detailed plan for how we would be able to sell quickly. He lined us up with a staging expert to make sure our furniture was best representing the space and function of our home, had professional photographers come and take high quality images for the listing and had a pre-listing marketing strategy to ensure interest in the property prior to going on the market. He is right - you only get one shot to make a first impression, so dont miss! Once our home was on the market, we had 11 showings scheduled for Day 1, received 3 offers and was under contract within 48 hours of our listing. Diane Roberts was extremely helpful for us as we shopped for our first home. Her personality worked very well with our family and our kids looked forward to seeing her during showings. Peter helped us sell and buy our new home. He came out a few months before we ever made a move and provided us with knowledge of the market, guidance on how to build, when to build and the process of going under contract during each stage, if that is the route we wanted to go. His knowledge of the market and what we could get for our house was incredible. When others say, wait until spring, Peter says let?s strategize based on the house, do the prep work on the front end and the season won?t matter! He has a very well thought out process to help sell the product as fast as possible. The coming soon feature of his properties stir up interest before the house is even on the market.
