We bought a single family home in Arbor-view sub-division of Overland Park in 2020. Peter was very helpful, every step of the way. We were first time home buyers and everything seemed so uncertain but Peter was available for each and every question we had. He answered all the queries very thoroughly, explained every step very clearly and made the process really easy for us. Peter has wonderful presentation skills. This is the first thing I noticed about him. He gave us a booklet of all the listings we visited with him and first thing I noted was written under his signature "Peter, realtor and friend". Indeed true, Peter turned out to be a great friend. Peter is also an excellent negotiator. He loves his job which is a key factor in getting things done. He gives you best advise and is an excellent referee. He knows best lenders and contractors. One particular thing regarding our experience was that we were about 700 miles away in Texas and handled almost everything remotely.
