Peter was amazing from the first time we contacted him until our house was sold and our transaction was closed. We were under a tight timeline on how quickly we wanted to put our house on the market. Where some realtors would have shied away from this request, he was so encouraging, helping us every step of the way - ensuring we stayed on schedule. While we were out of town, Peter coordinated repairs that were requested by our buyer and a cleaning service to perform a final cleaning. He ensured every detail was handled, allowing us to relax and enjoy our previously scheduled trip. Peter worked extremely hard, taking professional photos and meticulously listing our home to showcase it to ensure a quick sale. He answered all of our questions and kept us in the loop every step of the way. He held open houses the first weekend and throughout the week as well, generating a great deal of traffic. Our house sold within 3 days of being listed. We never could have made this happen without Peters help and guidance. He is the utmost professional! Peter Colpitts is an excellent realtor. You will not find a realtor that is going to outwork Peter. He is driven to find you the house that is right for you and will not stop working hard until that goal is achieved. My experience with Peter was top notch. He worked hard from the first phone call that I made to his firm, all the way past the close of the home. My family and I were looking in a few different areas of the Midwest to relocate to from California. Peter by far outworked and out performed the other realtors from different states that we were considering moving to. Peter made himself available to discuss the listings that we liked along the way. He also pointed out things that he did not like about certain listings even when I showed an interest. He always gave his honest professional opinion and never gave me the sense that he was just going for the quick close. That is one thing that really sets Peter apart from many other realtors, he is truly driven to make you 100% happy with your purchase. If he sees something wrong in a home he points it out and makes you aware of it. He has great knowledge of what to look for in a house. I often felt like I was doing walk throughs with a home inspector instead of a realtor that was trying to sell me on the house. That is a great testament to Peters knowledge and his integrity! After the close of the home Peter stayed in contact and even helped refer painters, flooring companies, etc... I wonder when this guy eats or takes a break!.. He is truly as dedicated of a realtor as you could hope to work with. I highly recommend choosing Peter Colpitts as your realtor. If I ever put my house on the market I will absolutely be calling Peter again to act as the listing agent.
