They are the best team and they have become our dear friends. They patiently walked us through the process of selling our home and buying another in a timely fashion. If we ran into a problem, they were promptly there to fix it. Wayne helped us with the sale of our home in Kansas and Vicki helped us with the buying of the house in Missouri and Sally was there to oversee and support all of us. Sally showed us several houses until we found the right one. All three were very honest with us with appropiate advice. We needed someone to clean our new home before we moved in and Sally found someone on short notice to clean for us. We made an offer contingent on the selling of our house and to try to have both parties agree to the date was a challenge, but Wayne and Vicki were able to ensure we got it done to the satisfaction of all parties. We learned a lot thanks to the Groves Johnston Team. We had never dealt with computers in the buying and selling of a home. It was a challenge for us, but again our team walked us through the process patiently and with knowledge. Moving was a somewhat difficult for us because we chose to do a lot of the work ourselves in order to save money, so we may not move again very soon. However, if we do, Groves Johnston Team is who we would chose to work with again.
