My daughter recommended Paul and Gillian and I have met them through her social interaction with them. They are very amicable socially and have proven their professionalism in real estate through the three transactions they accomplished for me recently. They listed two of my properties for sale, got offers at or above the listing price, and closed within 30 days on one and 40 days on the other due to buyer financing issues. I then purchased a property using their buyers agent, Jennifer McCarty. The market in 34711 is quite over heated, and several properties that interested me went pending before I got a contract on them. I finally settled for one that nearly met my parameters and got it under contract. Just then, the initial property I was really interested in came back on the market. Jennifer rushed an offer on that property, negotiated a credit for the inspection failures that frightened the other buyer away, and I closed on it this week! We cancelled the contract on the other property that had the offer accepted. ?

I was searching for property, using different online services. I quickly found out that Zillow was the best, most comprehensive, and had the most listings. When I found a property I was interested in, I came upon the aEURoegive us your info for more informationaEUR? section. I'm usually skeptical about giving out my contact information, fearing being hounded by aggressive sales folks. Usually thats the case (buying a car, etc). What I come to find out is that Zillow has a network of agents they have a business relationship with. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call from Gillian Redman from The Redman Team. Pleasant, informative, accountable, and knowledgeable of the local market. She has a great team behind her including her daughter. I flew in from out of state and viewed properties. It was like I was hanging out with friends shopping for real estate. What a tremendous experience for me. They were on my side. Once I made a decision, the offer and counter offer went very smooth, and before I knew it, we were under contract. I cant say enough about the support I received. Such a personable, professional and helpful team. In this digital age and busy life, I was able to communicate by email, text, phone, which added a great deal of convenience to me personably. The Redman team used technology to both of our advantage. A great deal of the transaction happened electronically. By far my best experience purchasing real estate!!!!

I would like to take the time thank the Redman property Group Sales team of Paul Redman and Nisreen Hassan. I received a flier listing about the Redman Property Group, in the mail wherein I saw they had already sold homes in our neighborhood. They both came to our home to speak with us and to listen to our home sale needs. They worked very hard to protect our interests and to find a buyer for our home. Paul found a buyer within the first 24 hours, but that buyer could not meet our closing timeframe, so he had to find another buyer to meet the developers demands.
