We live in the United Kingdom and have previously worked with Gillian Redman ten years ago when we purchased our holiday home in Cumbrian Lakes, Kissimmee, Florida. We were delighted with the exceptional personal service that we received then to help us find and buy the home of our dreams. In fact, we have been good friends with her and her husband since then. So when we decided to sell our home in Kissimmee earlier this year, we couldn't think of anyone better to represent us. She immediately explained their current selling system and the paperwork was completed expeditiously. Everything required for the listing of our home was prepared and pre-listing advertising was carried out before going officially on the market. It was no surprise that within a couple of days we had a number of viewings and offers. We had been interested in owning a home for quite some time as we have a big family and wanted to enjoy home ownership. We had been working with other Realtors and lenders for about a year and had not gotten one step closer to owning our own home. We met with Kay from The Redman Home Team for coffee on December 30th and on January 7th we were building our dream home! She introduced us to loans we had never heard of and a new home builder in our area that was able to make our dream a reality. To take it one step further the builder wanted to give us a $10,000 in free upgrades to the home and Kay was able to negotiate it up to $15,000 in free upgrades. The home building process took 8 months in total and Kay contacted us every single week to let us know of any updates. Being first time buyers is was reassuring that we had someone was on our side to help us deal with the builder and lender. When it came time to close the lender wanted to stop the transaction and their team was able to think outside of the box to make sure we closed that day.
