Jen is a real estate rock star. I wish there was a 6-Star rating. We are not from Niles, so we needed someone who knows the Niles area and the current real estate market. Jen was absolutely the right person for the job. We told her what we were looking for and our budget restraints, and she went to work. She gave us several options right away and we found the house we wanted. Her advice about the current market and how we should proceed was spot-on. She walked us through the offer process and helped us make a competitive offer in this multi-offer hot market in the Niles area. She advised us in multiple areas about house buying in this day and age and brought up points that we had never even considered. Our offer was accepted and then after that she helped negotiate a final deal with the sellers that ensured everything in the transaction was perfect. Jen is pretty much always available and always responded to emails and texts in an extremely timely manner.
