Amanda was our realtor when we bought our home in the Fall of 2020, and she was also our realtor when we sold the same home in the Spring of 2022 (we were leaving Louisville). As before, Amanda was terrific. In fact, because we had developed a relationship with her over a period of a year and a half, every aspect of the home selling process was better. She understood our timeline and advised us accordingly. Because she knew our communication style, it made the entire process so much simpler. The Open House and scheduling of visits was seamless, as was the contracting and closing, all within the time period we wanted/hoped for. It was a pleasure to have Amanda represent us for the sale of our home. She is very approachable and responsive; transparent, ethical, and moral; and very knowledgeable about the local Louisville real estate market (and, also a genuinely nice person). If we continued to live in Louisville and wanted to buy another home, we would definitely have Amanda find our next home for us.
