If you are looking for the A Team in selling and buying, you would be remiss not to include Christine Browning and her sales associates. They were incredibly knowledgeable of the local Central Oregon market, and made it clear from day one that they had my best interest at heart. Amy Moser was my agent, and she did not miss a step. Amy is a dedicated, kind and very knowledgeable agent and was absolutely a joy to work with. Her talent in looking at a home, and knowing how to market and sell at a price the owners require was evident as we began the prep work for sale. Using high tech 3D floor software, and drone footage, I know this alone translated to 'wow factor' in a home which could have otherwise been bypassed. She was always a call or text away, and was never left out of the loop. Her expertise lent itself handily as she assisted the negotiations to benefit myself, yet was professionally able to assist in educating the buyers and their agent of a few contractual nuances. Christine stopped by simply to congratulate me and to further reach out to ask if there was anything they could do for me in the interim. I made a good friend with Amy, and can honestly say, this was the most enjoyable and productive home sale I have ever had with over 7 homes in my past.
